Have you heard that the History Channel has joined the foursquare excitement? Mashable first broke the story last week. You can visit the official History Channel Foursquare page for all the details about their epic 12-hour television event, America The Story of Us.
It looks like today just a few hours ago the first Historian badge was unlocked! If you can find one sooner than this then let me know, but it looks like the first.
It looks like to get the badge you need to be a friend of the history channel on foursquare and check in to a defined number of locations tagged with "historychannel" in order to unlock the badge. First guess would be three locations. Read more information on unlocking the historian badge.
