NEW BADGE: Mile High Badge

So let me be the first to apologize because this isn't a brand new badge.  It has actually been out for over two weeks now.  Anyway Gogo Inflight Internet has teamed up with Foursquare and released a badge very similar to the Waze Road Warrior Badge for using their service.

Although United is listed as a carrier of the service, not ALL flights have it. So disappointed I bought it and my flight didn't have it. For those of u earning it can u tell me where ur flying and the airline? Thx

What exactly do you check in to while in the air? was using this on the plane yesterday but couldnt figure out how to get the badge, could anyone help? And is there a way to get this badge retroactively, on the ground, because i wont be flying again for a while

Worked for me - Thanks. Flying on Delta from CVG to LAS. Someone had created a location called "Space" so I checked into that. I use GoGo monthly so already had an account just never 'checked in' while in the air before.

I unlocked this badge while on an American Airlines flight from Orlando to DFW. Not all the planes for AA have WIFI enabled, so I was glad I didn't purchase the service in advance of my flight. I just checked in to a location Gogo Inflight Internet and I got the badge.

You can unlock the badge by simply "shouting" while using GoGo. Location services get screwy in the air (I took off from Seattle and it said I was in San Francisco, then Minneapolis). There is no specific GoGo location to check-in to. ~M
